2011 Keep Fit開跑

過了一個濕濕冷冷的冬天，身上又開始藏起肥肉來
眼看著夏天又要來了，朋友們都要練小腹線
我也不能太怠惰ㄚ~~~

GYM, I am coming!!!
雖然是健身房，但我不喜歡跑步機
計畫要參加教學課程
1. 星期二的皮拉提斯
2. 星期三的階梯曲線瘦身
3. 星期四的曲線雕塑
4. 如果星期六沒事，再加上階梯有氧

據說一件事只要重複做21次，就可以養成習慣
祈禱我這次能夠持之以恆，不要墮心大發

不奢望能當個skinny bitch，但至少也要有個好體態!!!

2011 日本女星Top 5票選

早上起床後，就看到男女糾察隊的男諧星們在票選心目中的Top 5女星
發現日本男生果然還是喜歡可愛帶有一點性感的女生~
Top 1是石原理美
這女星是我第一次聽到名字耶~~~
對她一點印象都沒有
男星們都說 這半年不知道發生什麼事，石原里美越來越漂亮了!
(這是誇獎嗎....XD)

我喜歡的日本女星卻都沒有上榜，殘念!!
1. 江角真紀子:很爽朗的個性，不走可愛風，三十拉警報跟戀愛革命都好好看!
2. 柴崎幸: 既冷豔又甜美，會演戲也會唱歌，
3. 凌瀨遙: 一開始是在寶礦力水得的廣告看到她，很可愛，好消暑ㄚ!
4. 新垣結衣: 也是可愛型
5. 山口誌子: 長假的魅力呀....而且老公超帥....

咦，我喜歡的都是長直髮耶~~~

2011 Week 13電影清單

這週沒看什麼電影
就只有狼嚎再起

劇情很ooxx
但場景與特效都很讚
雖然有安東尼霍普金斯加持
也只能說 好演員還是需要好劇本的~~~

2011 Week 12電影清單

2011/3/19:
即刻救援- 非常好看，前前後後應該看了有3.4次了
                   但每次都會有相同的感想: X戰警的Jean演媽媽真的演的很糟糕!!!
海賊王: 機關城的鋼鐵巨兵- 魯夫還是很熱血，娜美還是很愛錢，喬巴還是一樣可愛!
                    島龜好好，一次可以睡一千年....
搖滾明星夢: 車太鉉帶著摔角面具唱韓國演歌也真是太搞笑了!
原子小金剛: 看完最無感的一部.....
陰屍路: 前兩週的沒看到(還好沒看到)，希望這星期寵物自動忘記有播這部影集....

2011/3/20:
王者之聲: 好看!!!!男主角演技真的很好，不愧是奧斯卡最佳男主角
                  另外，終於看到海蓮娜演個正常人了....
                  看完電影後查資料，才知道David就是只愛美人不愛江山的溫莎公爵!
情人節快樂: 大咖雲集呀.....
                     每個人對love的態度與想法都不一樣，遇到了真的要好好把握!


沒想到這也可以寫流水帳，我真的太宅了.....

2011第一PO

這一陣子都一直處於怠惰懶散的狀態
轉眼間居然已經4個月沒有新文章了!!!

雖然不是4個月都沒事
但要回想4個月到底發生了什麼 也還真沒重點

所以這篇的key point就是要告訴自己: 該振作了~~~~

裡面有一段男女主角在花店看很多小卡的時候

讓我想起之前搬家整理時，翻出了很多以前收到的信件與卡片

雖然心情已與當時不同，但還是會有很深的感觸

託現在網路發達的福(或是不幸??)，已經很少收到手寫信件與卡片

感謝當時有寫信件與卡片給我的捧油們
